Due to how our warehouse is automated, once an order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Please email support@playbound.co.uk as soon as possible to arrange any changes, where possible we try our utmost to accommodate changes where we can

Where's My Order?
All of our orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail or DPD. Depending upon your location and the method of shipping chosen during checkout deliveries can take 1-5 days to arrive.
Upon the order being shipped you should have received a tracking number. This can be used to track the location of your products
Are packages shipped discretely?
Absolutely, your privacy is paramount to us so all orders are shipping in discreet packaging with no visible branding

How Long Do Refunds Take?
Refunds are processed once the items have been returned and inspected. Please allow up to 48 hours once we've received the items back.
